2023 Affirmations

We all hear people making new year resolutions. I think making affirmations and practicing them daily through the year would be great for mental health. Maybe even through out some intentions with the affirmations. My health matters… so I will move daily and eat nutritious foods to support my body. I am safe… because I made my home into a sanctuary.
