Reiki bridge positions helps to bring balance to the whole system and provides a deep relaxation in the client. One of the bridge positions is the crown and heart. When the crown is balanced, it settles the mind. When the heart is aligned, it opens us to love freely. A connection between the crown and chakra allows the energy to flow through and helps open both areas up and to be accepting to love and open to the things that come to us.
