Change isn’t easy. Our minds actually push back when we try to make healthy changes. It’ll tell us it’s too hard, we should give up and go back to the old ways. Anything worth doing is going to take time. Change starts with a step and the more we do it and stick to it, it grows. If you have toxic traits that hurt people, it will require change so you don’t lose them. The holistic lifestyle involves healing not just your body, but your mind and soul. Change starts with you and it starts within.
