We’re ready for our affirmations for February 15th. We’re making affirmations a routine together. Look at us go! I started my day with a headache. I didn’t want to get on the treadmill. My body and mind wanted to fight me. So, I made a deal with myself. If all I could do was 5 minutes, that was okay. It was still movement. I worked on today’s affirmations and ended up with 20 minutes. I’m not saying to ignore when you’re not feeling well. I’m saying trying to do something when there’s push back may end up helping your mind and body. You got this today.
