Coenzyme Q10 is a nutrient produced by the body. It is found in numerous foods as well. CoQ10 is an antioxidant that helps to neutralize free radials. The nutrient may help with certain heart-related conditions and help to manage symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease.
Coenzyme Q10 contains properties that manage levels of C-reactive protein (CRP). When a person has high levels of CRP in their blood, it is an indicator there is inflammation in the body somewhere. When there is sufficient levels of CoQ10, it lowers the level of CRP and reducing inflammation. It aids in vasodilation and the lowering of blood pressure too.
