One sign of a balanced root chakra is the feeling of being safe and secure. We are grounded with the chakra is balanced and that provides the feeling of safety and security. If the root chakra is aligned, we feel confident and able to manage any situations. We have a good sense of who we are and that gives us the confidence to know we are capable of handling any obstacles or stress that occurs.
With the root chakra open, we are able to stay focused and present in the moment. It easy to lose focus through the course of the day and for the mind to wander. When we are grounded, rooted, we are able to stay in the present moment more easily.
The chakra gives us drive to live. We want to seize the day and live each moment to the fullest. We also enjoy helping others to do the same. When we focus on this chakra located at the base of the spine, we allow energy to flow in through us and it will help to open up other chakras as well.
