Actions to Clear the Third Eye

Actions to clear the third eye include taking the time to examine our thoughts to know if they are true are not. We hear the voice in our mind saying different things to us, but those thoughts are not always true. Often times our mind will make up things and want us to believe it. If your mind is saying negative things about you, discard it. It’s not the truth. When the third eye is deficient, we are not open to new ideas. We become closed-minded. When the third eye is in excess, we overthink and overanalyze everything. It goes with the saying “I think therefore I am.” We lose ourselves in the overthinking because we over-identify with our thoughts. A balanced third eye means we are open-minded and also in touch with our own intuition.
