  3. Panax Ginseng: Often referred to as Asian or Korean ginseng, it is used to enhance stamina, reduce fatigue, and improve mental and physical performance.
  4. Holy Basil (Tulsi): Widely used in Ayurveda, it is considered an adaptogen with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
  5. Schisandra: Used in Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is believed to have a balancing effect on the body’s systems, supporting stress resistance.

Potential benefits of adaptogens for health include:

  1. Stress Reduction: Adaptogens are thought to help the body cope with stress by regulating the production of stress hormones like cortisol.
