Affirmations to Balance the Root Chakra

Affirmations to balance the root chakra are used when we need to regain balance and focus. Repeat sayings such as:

I am grounded.

I am safe and protected.

Everything is working out.

My energy is plentiful.

Stating these affirmations helps to open the root chakra and allows energy to flow through it. Affirmations redirects energy into the chakra to give it balance. We may do affirmations while meditating, walking in nature, or practicing yoga. If you are in the car commuting to work or school, take a few minutes to say the affirmations and allow yourself to believe and feel them.

Doing affirmations should become a daily practice. It reinforces the words and continues to help the chakra to remain open.
