There are five aura layers around the body. The physical layer is the closest to the body and remains the same color. It is unique to each person. If there is illness or injury in the body, it will appear in this layer and come off as feeling damaged. The emotional layer is the layer right after the physical later. The colors of this layer are always changing as our moods are always changing. This layer becomes weakened if we suffer from unresolved emotional trauma. It is possible to repair the aura through processing the emotional trauma.
The mental layer is the next layer and it is associated with our thoughts. It is usually yellow or golden in color. If we think negatively about ourselves, the aura will appear to be bruised. We can work at healing this aura by replacing negative thoughts with positive ones. The spiritual layer is referred to as the light body. This layer is often seen as pure white light, but it can also be any color. The layer holds all our past-life wounding. The spiritual layer is one of the hardest to heal and work on. Doing spiritual practices, such as meditation, yoga, deep breathing, and prayer help to heal the layer. The boundary layer is the layer that separates our own energy from the rest of the world. It is often the layer that needs to be worked on daily. Traumas from other aura layers effect this layer and can weaken it. Other peoples’ energies may also weaken it, especially for empaths who typically struggle to not absorb other peoples’ energies. If there is a weak spot in the aura, it allows for good and bad energy to come into your energy system. Doing a daily aura-clearing meditation is helpful for this layer.
The five layers make up our energy field. We can work on healing each layer and resolving past trauma to create a strong energy field.
