There are different aura levels. In the physical level, it is the closest to the body. It is one color and doesn’t change. It’s unique to each person. On the emotional level, the color is always changing. Think of this aura level as a mood ring. However you are feeling, the color will be changing to match. This layer holds all of our emotional wounds as well. They may look like bruises within the colors.
The mental aura level is associated with our thoughts. If we have negative thoughts about ourselves, it will cause a bruise in this layer. Typically this level comes off yellow or golden. If bruises are indicated here, it lets us know we need to work on cleaning up our way of thinking and correct our mistaken thoughts and beliefs. Often times bruises will appear because we are thinking we aren’t worthy or good enough, or beat up on ourselves. It is shown in this level.
The spiritual level is our interface with the spiritual world. In this area, we are connecting ourselves to the divine. It is a radiant and luminous aura. Some will see it as pure white, but it can be any color. The more connected we become with our spirituality, the more radiant this aura becomes.
The boundary level is like a membrane that covers the entire energy field. It keeps our own energy field separate from the rest of the world. It’s our protective layer and keeps our energy attached to our aura and not floating off to others. We have to work at healing this level and keep it strong as it helps protect our other levels.
These levels make up our entire aura. Injury within any layer may cause issues within other layers so it’s important to put in the work to help heal each layer and protect each layer. I’ll have other posts later on to how we can work with each layer so they are as strong and healed as possible.
