We may use affirmations to help balance the chakra. A positive mind frame helps in releasing stuck emotions and open it up. The use of crystals and essential oils are additional good suggestions when working on alignment. Taking time to reflect on ourselves helps with the sacral. Supplementing your diet is another suggestion. Eating foods that benefit the chakra, such as carrots, oranges, and peaches are all excellent foods.
