Emotions aren’t Facts

We often think our emotions are facts, but they’re not. It is how we are feeling, but not what is truly going on. We sometimes feel angry with ourselves for mistakes we make, disappointed or feel like a failure when things don’t go our way. We can feel this way, but it doesn’t make it true. If we engage in the stories our minds created based on our emotions, we set ourselves up for negative patterns. Allowing our emotions to flow naturally keeps them from getting stuck inside of us and shoved down. Learning to roll with our emotions helps to keep them moving along and allows us to vibrate at our highest frequency as we are not weighed down by them. Feel and release.
