Grounding

We all have moments of feeling stressed or overwhelmed. Our heart rates may increase, our minds might run, and we just would like to escape the way we are feeling. It gets to feel like too much. We can practice grounding activities when we start to feel these emotions coming to the surface. Self-care is important for staying healthy, mentally and physically. Taking time to deep breathe, meditate, listen to music, or any other activities which you enjoy that helps ground is vital for health and wellness.
