Guided Imagery

Guided imagery use visualization to send positive healing messages throughout the mind and body. When you practice guided imagery, you may use all of your senses and make it feel like you are truly experiencing what you are visualizing.

Guided imagery increases the positive energy within the body and increases the body’s natural immunity. Using imagery may also decrease pain and anxiety. It is important to allow yourself to believe in what you are seeing and accept it into your body. Our bodies are very capable of healing when we give them what they’re needing and our minds are a big part of that process.
