Gut health plays an important part in overall health. If what we eat isn’t being absorbed properly, or if our digestive systems are intolerant to something, it can throw other systems off. It may make us feel sluggish, forgetful, or have other issues. We can use herbs to promote good gut health. Tinctures and teas are excellent supplements. We can also cook with herbs and add them to our diet to help nourish and heal our guts.
