Incense

Incense are frequently used in aromatherapy. They can also be used during meditation to help with relaxation. Incense can increase our intention and deepen our spiritual focus.

I liked to use incense to help me in focusing, but also in clearing out negative or stagnant energy. While they don’t purify the air, intentions can be placed to help attract only positive energy into your space. There are a variety of incense that can be used for particular intentions. Sage is a good one for protection. Using lavender promotes relaxation and eases stress. Palo santo removes negative energy while calming emotions.

For those with sensitive noses, it’s important to be careful when using incense as some aren’t able to tolerate the aroma. If you are able to them, I hope you are able to find your focus and energy being uplifted.
