Law of Attraction

Law of attraction is the belief that the energy we put out is the energy we receive back. If we create intentions for what we want to achieve, fully believe in it happening, and put positive energy out with those intentions, positive energy will return to us in the form of what we are asking to happen.

It’s a simple enough concept. Thinking positive things bring positive results and negative thoughts bring about negative results. As simple as it sounds, this is hard for a lot of people to do. The mind is trained to expect the worst scenario, and then looks for all reasons to believe that it’s right. It takes practice and patience to turn a negative mind positive. And even if practice, the mind will still try to fool you with lies.

One step in using the law of attraction is to focus what you want for your life, not on what you’re lacking. We can become so wrapped up in seeing what others have and think we are lacking. When our attention is on these things instead of focusing on what we want in life, we bring ourselves down. Negative energy promotes negative thoughts, vice versa too.

Sometimes our thoughts are too narrow when we try to focus on what we want to attract. People will want to make more money, but they’re not focusing on how they can attract that into their life. Maybe they’re not in the right career field, or maybe they have a hobby they could make money doing, but they don’t give that hobby enough attention. Focus on what you want and the ways it could happen.

Visualization is important with the law of attraction. Close your eyes and picture yourself already having the things you are trying to attract. You’re putting the energy out there that you deserve it all. These positive vibes help to bring good into your life. Fully believe everything is possible. Use positive affirmations and wording when you are visualizing your dreams.

We can create dream boards, use meditation, and write in journals to help create the life we desire. It’s okay if your mind sometimes is negative. Bring the focus back and let your energy flow in positive ways. You are capable of obtaining the life you desire.
