Mind Body Connection

The mind body connection is based on the two working together and responding to the things going on around us. Stress may come out in the body as aches and pains, fatigue, and migraines. The body is letting us know there is something not going right. If this pattern continues, our immune system responses go down and we are more prone to illness. It’s important to listen to what our bodies are telling us so we can respond with care.

A deep connection to one’s self and self-love also helps in keeping the mind body connection strong. When we align ourself with our purpose and take care of ourselves it helps keep our immune system functioning the way it is meant to.
