Music Therapy

Music therapy helps combat stress. When we listen to music, the brain responds. Some music is meant to pick us up and other music is meant to help us relax. Listening to calming music before bed may help a deeper sleep. Waking up and listening to something invigorating while we get ready for our day can give us pep in our step.
