Mental health is no joke. There has always been a stigma about talking about mental health issues. There shouldn’t be a stigma. It’s okay if you voice you are struggling. It’s okay to seek help. It’s okay to not feel okay. If all you can do is to take it one day at a time, that is enough. Your health matters. Your mind space matters. You matter. Keep going.
