Open sacral chakra characteristics include an inner knowing, trust, expression, attuned to feelings, and creativity. When our sacral chakra has an abundant amount of energy flowing through, it allows us to follow our gut instincts. We have a knowing and trust it. We also feel a peace within ourselves that comes from an open sacral.
