In order to have a positive attitude, we have to increase our positive self-talk. Our minds constantly have something to say. The little voice in your mind is your worst critic. It makes sure to tell you what it thinks you are doing wrong. It rarely has anything nice to say. The important thing to remember is you do not have to engage in what it says to you. You can acknowledge it is saying things and then practice letting it go. Stop yourself from engaging in its chatter. With practice and patience, you will find you can let the words go easier and move away from the negativity in your mind.
