Affirmations should be a daily practice. If you practice them numerous times a day, better. Affirmations help us to retrain our brain. They push out the negative chatter our mind wants us to listen to and promotes a healthier way of thinking. While you’re having your breakfast this morning, give it a try. Say them out loud. Say them silently. Make sticky notes everywhere as a reminder of today’s affirmations and go through them every time you see one of the sticky notes.
