What Can Block Energy Flow?

We notice our energy is running lower, but sometimes we don’t realize all the different things that can block our energy flow. What can block energy flow? Thing such as illness, injury, and emotional and physical pain. Our past traumas, as well as current ones, may cause blockages. Negative thinking can reduce energy. Have you ever had an argument with someone and you felt drained afterwards? Yep. Another energy sucker. If we aren’t giving our bodies what they need in the form of exercise and nutrition, we will feel the effects of it mentally and physically.

What can we do when we are lacking energy flow? We can take time for ourselves to do something we enjoy. Reading, writing, meditation, craft projects, getting out into nature. These are all energy boosters. We can also work on positive affirmations. Letting go of arguments is helpful. We can also use herbs as part of our nutrition to make sure we are giving our bodies what they need. Tweaking our sleep schedules to make sure we are getting enough will benefit our energy flow. Sometimes we strong with our spirituality so spending time reconnecting to our beliefs will open our chakras and let the energy flow.
