You really are what you think. If you fill your mind with negative thoughts, you begin to see yourself that way. If you put positive thoughts into your mind, in time you will naturally think that way. It isn’t easy to retrain a mind that has been abused by the words and doings of others, but it is possible. Spend a few minutes each day just reminding yourself how awesome you are. It may feel awkward, your mind might try to say it’s stupid, but with constant effort, you’ll soon feel a difference in how you see yourself. And you are worth it.
