Adrenal Fatigue

Adrenal fatigue manifests as a collection of different symptoms. An overall tiredness is common. Some may experience aches and pains, nervousness, an inability to sleep, and digestive issues. Adrenal fatigue is a diagnosis traditional doctors sometimes are hesitant to give as they don’t typically feel it’s an actual condition. For those who have symptoms of it, it is very real.

Our adrenal glands are needed to live.
