Did you know the nervous system and immune system work together? When we are highly stressed, it takes a toll on our nervous system and our immune system. It makes us more likely to catch a cold or other illnesses because our bodies aren’t working at top performance. If you are feeling stressed, take time to do breathwork, practice mindful meditation, and participate in daily exercise. Doing these activities will help in decreasing stress while increasing your immune function.
