Herbs for Relaxation

There are a few herbs for relaxation. Common ones are kava, passionflower, lavender, chamomile, lemon balm, skullcap, and cardamom. These herbs have properties that may help the body to relax by decreasing the amount of anxiety one is feeling. We can use these herbs as teas, tinctures, or even as an essential oil. When we feel stressed or symptoms of anxiety arising, these herbs may be incorporated to help combat those feelings.
