Intentions

Intentions can be helpful in keeping focus and to help work towards goals. We can awake in the morning and place our intentions out into the universe. What may intentions look like? They can be something that keeps us accountable, such as today, I intend to eat healthy. Or maybe, today I intend to do something nice for a stranger. It may even be something like, today, I intend to work out for 30 minutes. When we create intentions we are setting the goal we hope to achieve into motion. What are your intentions?
