Questions for the mind

We often ask ourselves questions, but we do so in negative ways. We ask questions like, why can’t I get this? Why am I so stupid? What’s wrong with me? These negative questions have a negative impact on the mind. Instead, we should focus on positive questions. These are the types of questions that allow us to look at the positive things going on in our lives. The next time you are criticizing yourself through self-made questions, pause and think of some positive questions. Your mind will feel better for it. When your mind feels better, you’ll feel better over all.
