Rest for Health

Rest is important for good health. In a world where so much needs to be done we put pressure on ourselves and receive it from others to keep going. We may use things, like caffeine, to give us energy to keep going. We end up hurting ourselves even more when we use something to give us energy when our bodies are truly craving and needing rest instead. We have to nurture our body’s needs and it will repay us by having a clearer mind and a free spirit.
