The human body is fascinating and conducts its own energy. The energy the human body creates is thermal, chemical, and mechanical. Thermal energy produced by the body is through regulating body temperature, respiration heat, and evaporation heat. Our bodies consume energy to keep our bodies regulated. The chemical energy is produced through glucose, water, and lactic acid. We eat different nutrients that our bodies than convert and use as energy. Every breath we take, every movement we make, and every beat of our heart is the mechanical energy our bodies produce. Mechanical energy is dependent on the contraction and relaxation of the muscles in our body.
It is important for us to make sure we are giving our bodies what they are needing in order to help the energy flow. Eating a nutritious diet, exercising, and incorporating supplements and vitamins into our diets helps to keep the body regulating and functioning the way it’s supposed to. Activities such as meditating, creating art, yoga, and breathwork all give the body a chance to also recharge.
